In the Winter accessory dwelling unit (ADU), AeroBarrier sealed envelope leakage by 92%, with a Test-Out result of 0.25 ACH50.  Nailed it!  It’s amazing how we are continuously able to blast through the Passive House level of 0.6 ACH50 air tightness, something that just a few years ago would have been extremely difficult to achieve.  And, yes, this structure is indeed equipped with an Energy Recovery Ventilation system to compliment it’s ultra-tight building envelope.  Build tight, ventilate right.
